AOS specialises in sourcing and supplying sustainable, line-caught cod and haddock. From our MSC-accredited processing facility, our highly skilled and experienced team carries out all processing, grading and packing in-house, tailored precisely to each customer’s individual requirements.

We supply daily across the UK to foodservice operators, wholesalers, fish and chip shops and fishmongers, delivering a dependable service backed by exceptional product quality and friendly, knowledgeable customer support.
